Cancelation Policy:
Registration Cancellation Policy
- All cancelation received before May 1st, will be free of charge
- Cancellation received between May 1st and August 1st, 50% cancellation fees
- Registration cancelled After August 1st are not refundable.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations received May 1 st will be free of charge
- Cancellation received between May 1 st and July 15 th , 25% fees
- Cancellation received between July 15 th and August 15 th , 50% fees
- Cancelation received after August 15 th are not refundable
In any case, change of the name of the participant are accepted any time.
