The organization has made an effort to keep the registration fees at the same level of the two previous ELHUA conferences.

- All cancelation received before August 15 th , will be free of charge
- Cancellation received between August 15 th and September 8 th , 50% cancellation fees
- Registration cancelled After September 8 th are not refundable.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations received July 1 st will be free of charge
- Cancellation received between July 1 st and August 1 st , 25% fees
- Cancellation received between August 1 st and September 1 st , 50% fees
- Cancelation received after September 1 st are not refundable
In any case, change of the name of the participant are accepted any time.

Those rates are per room per night including breakfast buffet and tax. City tax 12% is not included in this rate. It must be paid directly at the hotel. You can make your hotel reservation with this special offer during the online Conference registration process.

Hotel Facilities
Hotel Casa Amsterdam is a modern hotel offering a bar, rooftop terrace (only opens during the summertime) and an in-house restaurant. It features underground on-site parking and is only 984 feet from Amsterdam Amstel Railway Station and Amstel Metro. This is the first hotel in Amsterdam to achieve a 3-star Superior award this year. Each modern room has a flat-screen TV with several interactive functions. Extra-long beds, a work desk and refrigerator are also provided as standard in the rooms at Hotel Casa Amsterdam. During the summer 30 different craft beers and easy bites are served on the roof terrace.
